The Home or Dashboard is the first screen that you will see when you log in to the portal. It gives an overview of the transactions. You can view the following details on the dashboard:
Outstanding Invoices: The total amount of any unpaid invoice will be shown. You can click Pay Now to pay the entire amount.
Available Credits: The total amount of your remaining credits, which are obtained if there have been refunds or if credit notes were created.
Available Retainer Payments: The total retainer amount available that you can refund or apply to your invoices.
Last Payment Made: The amount and date of the recent payment done.
Apart from the above details, the home page also displays your account details and your organization’s contact details.
You can view the status of all the invoices you have received, as well as the payments made in the past.
Here you can view the list of invoices you have received. If the invoice is unpaid, you can choose to pay instantly by clicking Pay Now. You can also filter the list to display a particular type of invoice by clicking the drop-down above the list
Feel free to forward the invoice to an email address and also download the invoice in the form of PDF or print the invoice by clicking the more icon on the top right corner and selecting the respective options.
If you have any remarks and would like to discuss that with us, then you can use the comments box to add queries or notes as comments. You will be able to view our replies here as well and have an official record of the conversation.
You can make payments by choosing a mode of payment. We have a variety of payment gateway options for your convenience.
Card Payments
For making payments using Credit/Debit card, you can enter your card number, CVV, expiry date, billing address, and your country to make payment. You can also save the cards and use them while making payments for upcoming invoices.
Account Payments
If you choose this option, simply fill in the details required.
You can also choose to save your account details for future transactions by checking the Use this account for future transactions option.
Payments Made
In the Payments Made module, you will be able to view the payments you have made to your invoices. You can also list the payments based on invoice payments and retainer invoice payments and sort them based on the date and amount.
The receipts can be downloaded as PDFs by clicking the Download PDF button and can be printed by clicking the Print button on the top.
You can view a detailed Statement of Accounts consisting of all the transactions. You can also have the statements printed or downloaded as PDFs.

Change Password
If you wish to change your personal or company details, you can update them easily. Here’s how:
Go to the Home page.
Scroll down to My Account Details and click the pencil icon.
Fill in the details and click Save.
You can also change your address by clicking the pencil icon next to the address box.
You can edit your card details at any time. Here’s how:
Go to the Home page.
Scroll down to the Card Details section and click Edit next to the card whose details you want to change.
Fill in the details and click Save.
To safeguard your transactions, you can regularly change your account password. Here’s how:
Click Change Password in the left sidebar.
Enter the Old Password and enter a New Password that satisfies the password requirements.
Re-enter the password to confirm and click Save.

Go to the Home page.
At the bottom of the page, our business details will be mentioned.
Click the Send Email button and enter the Subject and Message.
